Kaelen + Daycare = ?

I could see him from the window of the day care before I went in. He was wearing some very tight brown pants as well (with a big pink heart on them), but I just couldn't handle the pants... I was worried about his blood circulation!! On the bright side, now I know that our future (very far in the future) daughter will look great in hot pink!!
**I guess I should specify these aren't his clothes. He had a few too many accidents and not enough extra clothes, so they had to borrow from someone else.

Kitties and their toys

Kaelen tried to steal several of Taika's toys while we were visiting. (Taika is my mom's cat.)

Paka in a crib

That sound that you hear is my son...

We don't have a piano at our house, yet. This is what will happen when we get one...

Note: This isn't the first time my son has seen/been around a piano. The babysitter had one.

Grandpapa Grandpapa I love my Grandpapa

We finally went to visit grandma and grandpa. They almost didn't recognize Kaelen!! He had lots of fun, but he was sick most of the weekend. Of course, now that he gets juice when he's sick, he may be "sick" quite often!

"Happy Birthday Grandma!"

"Fell over"... so dramatic

Taika was forced to share...

Cousins

Unfortunately my battery died after only three pictures, but they are still cute. The two boys did great with Kaelen. Ella... she just kept eyeing him. When she saw him the first night she had a look that very plainly said, "If they ever leave us alone together, I am going to beat you!" She would approach him if he was laying down, but if he was sitting up or standing up she stayed far away. I think she was trying to figure out if she was bigger or if he was, and when he was laying down, she felt bigger and therefore in control. He loved her though. He kept grabbing at her hand and her hair. Maybe someday she'll come around.

Catch up

Sorry, we've been gone for several weekends in a row, so we haven't had a chance to post pictures or videos. I'm "sick" today, so I figured it was now or never!

Faces

Escape!!!

The vibrating chair is no longer safe. I caught him red-handed trying to escape! Nooooooo!!! One of these days that safety belt that holds him in is going to completely snap, and then he'll find himself face first on the floor...

Beachy

We decided to take a little adventure last weekend. We hadn't had an adventure for quite a while, and it was nice weather, so we went to the coast. Kaelen was sicky but very well behaved - other than throwing up all over me at the restaurant. But, hey, that's life. I'd rate the weekend as a 9. It would have been a 10 but our next door neighbors in the hotel decided to have a rather large domestic disturbance which left Kennedy and I unable to sleep for several hours for fear that one of them was going to kill the other. Additionally, Kennedy decided to torture me by watching the presidential debate in our hotel room... I had nowhere to escape! On to the pictures...
