When I left the room, Kaelen was sitting on my bed watching an episode of Elmo's World and Aidan was in his bouncy chair. A few minutes later I came back and found this (Kaelen's bouncy chair had been in a different part of the house).
This picture gives me hope for the future, and not just for my sanity and my family, but for the world in general. Because even though Kaelen is a toddler and doesn't always act in a rational or reasonable manner, he understands love, and he acts on that love (He must have given both Aidan and me hugs and kisses at least twenty different times today). So, world, let's all be a little more loving.
